With more than fifteen years of experience Leon is an expert in the luxury industry and has an expansive understanding of its inner workings. Throughout the course of his career he has worked with clients both in the US and Internationally, building market-leading partnerships and time-tested relationships.

Starting his career at Vogue he moved to Victoria Beckham on the brand’s launch. He steadily built the Victoria Beckham presence globally, later focusing on North America as a key territory and leading the opening of the company’s US office and its expansion in the region. After more than a decade with the eponymous label Leon left to start The 35 Consultancy and bring his learnings, experience and passion to a new portfolio of brands.

Leon has worked with a range of clients at differing levels of development and evolution. His focus is on ensuring that any working relationship is beneficial for all involved whilst always feeling organic and rewarding.

Originally from the United Kingdom and with Barbudan heritage, Leon spent a brief childhood moment in Libya and now lives in New York City. He continues to travel frequently, still reads print magazines and owns too many books.
